Demo Days for Manufacturing of Large Components

On 24 and 25 February 2010 UNISIGN offers you a unique opportunity to view our large portal and mill-turn machining centres. One of these machines is our latest addition, the UNIPORT 7000.

During these Demo Days we will demonstrate the following machines:

• Uniport 7000: latest CNC Portal machining centre from Unisign. This machine has the following dimensions: X=16.000 mm; Y=4.500 mm; Z=1.600 mm; H=2.000 mm. 
• Unicom 8000: "complete machining centre” for mill-turn operations. This machine is equipped with a pallet changer for products with swing circle of up to ø 3.500 mm (X=4.100 mm; Y=2.750 mm; Z=1.600 mm; H=2.000 mm)
• Uniport 6000: CNC Portal machining centre with carrousel turning station ø 2.000 mm (X=8.000 mm; Y=2.500 mm; Z=1.000 mm; H=1.300 mm)
• Uniport 7: CNC Portal machining centre with carrousel turning station ø 2.500 mm (X=8.000 mm; Y=3.600 mm; Z=1.200 mm; H=1.900 mm).
• Unicom 6000: "complete machining centre” for mill-turn operations. This machine is equipped with a pallet changer for products with swing circle of up to ø 2.000 mm(X=1.950 mm; Y=1.425 mm; Z=1.000 mm; H=1.300 mm)
