UNISIGN is pleased to welcome you at our facilities for the AEROSPACE Technology Days. Please register your visit.

Corresponding with our ever growing market position, we will present our capabilities more prominently than ever. In our factory we have demonstrations on a fully automated production cell with two 5-axes Unipent 4000 machining centres, with robot and pallet handling, and a long bed 5-axes Unipro 5000.
The fully automated production cell is of course interesting to any customer that is interested in 5-axes machining and automation.

Unipent 4000 with pallet changer:
Dimensions: 1.000 x 1.000 x 600 mm
Rotary and tilting table 800 x 800 mm with swing circle of 1.000 mm
Spindle: 100 kW, 25.000 rpm (optionally this machine can be equipped with alternative spindle configurations).
Pallet changer with 30 pallet positions.

Unipro 5000: extreme dynamic and large 5-axes machining centre
Dimensions: 3.000 x 800 x 500 mm
Spindle: 100 kW, 25.000 rpm

Naturally, UNISIGN has many more machines on show.
